How to Register Your Child

Please come in and register for school before the first day you plan for your child to attend. Returning families need only to provide proof of address. We absolutely welcome new students! Families of students new to Holm Elementary should bring 3 important documents to registration:
1. Child's Birth Certificate
2. Immunization Record
3. Proof of Address
