Becky Kerr (2nd Grade)
I went to Blackburn College in Illinois and got my Masters at UCD.  I have taught second grade at Holm since 1999.  Before that, I taught first grade at Ford Elementary.  I have also taught Reading Recovery and fifth grade.  My hobbies are reading, gardening, movies, and spending time with my 2 granddaughters.  I began teaching because I have always enjoyed working with young children and it is such a joy seeing how much they grow with their skills in a year.

Yo fui a la Universidad de Blackburn en Illinois y obtuve mi maestria en UCD . Yo estoy enseñando 2 grado desde el año 1999. Antes de eso enseñe primer grado en la escuela elementaria Ford. También estoy enseñando un programa de lectura a los estudiantes.
Mi hobby es la lectura, el jardín, el cine y paso mi tiempo con mis dos nietas. Yo comence a ser maestra pues me gusta mucho los niños pequeños y verlos crece durante el año escolar .
