La Maestra Papesh
Mi nombre es Amanda Papesh. ¡Me da mucho gusto enseñar a los estudiantes de 1er grado este año! He estado en la escuela Holm 4 años haciendo este mi 5to. Yo nací y crecí en Chihuahua, México. Aprendí el inglés en Inglaterra en donde viví por un año y tuve la oportunidad de viajar por Europa. Me gradué de la Universidad de Texas en El Paso. Mientras viví ahí conocí a mi esposo y nos vinimos a vivir a Denver ya hace casi 30 años. Tengo 2 hijas y un hijo a quienes disfruto muchísimo. Lo que más me gusta hacer, si no estoy enseñando, es subir montañas, esquiar, leer y salir con mi familia y amigos. ¡Oh! ¡Lo que más me gusta es el chocolate!

My name is Amanda Papesh. I am so glad to teach the 1st grade students this year! I have taught at Holm Elementary for 4 years, making this one my 5th year. I was born and grew up in Chihuahua, Mexico. I learned English in England, where I lived for a year and had the opportunity to travel all over Europe. I graduated from the University of Texas at El Paso. While living there, I met my husband and then moved to Denver, where I have lived for nearly 30 years. I have 2 daughters and 1 son. What I like to do the most, if I am not teaching, is hiking, skiing, reading and go out with my family and friends. Oh! I also love chocolate!
