Greetings from the Denver International Airport,
The Center of Equity and Excellence in Aviation (CEEA) will be hosting a two-part event on Saturday, August 24th, 2024, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM in collaboration with the Air Line Pilots Association International (ALPA).
Event 1: Project Takeoff is creating an experience for students to interact with pilots and to test out their flight skills on real flight simulators. There will be other DEN divisions there as well for students to learn more about the world of aviation.
Event 2: The DEN CEEA Backpack Giveaway will be giving out backpacks with school supplies to families that are in need! Please use the QR code on the flyer or the link below to RSVP for the giveaway. RSVP is required for the backpack giveaway. Families must RSVP for the giveaway to ensure we have an accurate count! Once families RSVP, they will receive an email with their assigned pick-up window!
The RTD A-line train that comes directly to the airport is FREE for students, and we encourage families to utilize the train as parking can be pricey and hard to find at DEN during our Great Hall Construction!
