“Belonging Begins Here” Event
As we look toward the 2026-2027 academic year, ensuring a seamless transition for our rising 6th and 9th graders is critical to long-term student persistence and belonging. We invite incoming students to attend Belonging Begins Here, a district-wide community event designed to anchor students in their new school communities before Day 1.
Event Details:
Date/Time: Saturday, April 11 / 10:00 AM- 2:00 PM
Location: Manual High School (1700 E. 28th Ave.)
Programming: Resource fairs, student leadership panels, and bilingual workshops focused on "navigating the jump" to middle/high school.
